Serena requirements manager Patch#
A patch will be uploaded to the SDA Patch Hub to re-enable this dialogue for those who want this gameplay feature back. Did not make much sense for Serana's character, even in vanilla- especially when the whole point of the Dawnguard questline was to stop Harkon from blotting out the sun.
The player can choose to delay this too, in case they need Serana for a quest or just want her to stick around for a bit longer. It's no longer a spontaneous and spur of the moment decision. She no longer gets cured immediately, but only 24 hours after (after "thinking about it").
